Information collected by LC may be personal and or sensitive information. Personal and sensitive information may include personal details, resumes, written references, business plans, opinions, details on work experience, qualifications, aptitude and psychological assessment results.

How is this personal information collected and stored

Personal and sensitive information is collected by LC when you contact us directly either by telephone, through email or our website or when we meet with you in person. It may also be collected when we receive references or other feedback about you as a result of any enquiries we make about you or opinions formed. Personal and sensitive information is stored by LC either electronically or in hard copy.

Disclosure of personal information

LC discloses your personal information to third parties only with your consent. All our Consultants undergo training on data privacy and are required to comply with our strict internal standards.

We do not disclose any information about you gathered by us when you visit our website unless required by law to do so.
