DIANA MILLS BA LLB CRC

Diana MillsDiana has degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Sydney University. She practised as a solicitor in Sydney and Hong Kong before establishing Legalease Placements in 2002.

In this role she has helped many lawyers to find employment and she has established contacts with employers in large, medium sized and boutique law firms. Diana extended her work to service the specific needs of lawyers made redundant due to economic conditions joining with Miranda Thompson to establish Legalease Outplacements.

Together they extended the range of services by establishing Legalease Consulting which provides advice to law firms on organisational structure and practice management. Diana's experience and her appreciation of how lawyers think equip her well for her role in providing specialist services for the legal profession.Recently Diana has become a certified retirement coach.

MIRANDA THOMPSON BA LLB

Miranda ThompsonMiranda has degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Sydney University. She has practised as a solicitor in Sydney for many years in a variety of roles in private practice, in house as corporate counsel and as a tutor at Sydney University.

Miranda joined Diana Mills to establish Legalease Consulting and Legalease Outplacements. Miranda's extensive knowledge of the legal profession enables her to provide creative and timely advice to law firms and to individual lawyers covering review and consideration of career options, succession planning and practice management.

As a practising lawyer, Miranda easily understands the dynamics of legal organisations and the differing needs of the law firm and the lawyer. This experience and her genuine interest in people and the law give her valuable insight when providing specialist advice to the legal profession.

SUE MORGAN BSc LLB CRC

Sue MorganSue has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a post graduate Law degree from the UNSW. Sue has been a journalist, having worked on major newspapers in Melbourne and Sydney including The Herald and The Sydney Morning Herald and has used her legal qualifications in the arts and welfare fields.

Sue has recently become a Certified Retirement Coach and is exploring issues which arise with regard to retirement. Together with Diana Mills Sue is currently developing and implementing programmes for professionals to encourage and support them in planning their retirement. Sue believes any successful retirement plan is 5 to 10 years in the planning.
