    In many law firms, a large proportion of partners are over the age of fifty, and many of those partners have an expectation of staying on at the firm for some time to come. Others may wish to leave sooner. It is essential for the viability of any firm, large or small, to plan and develop a strategy within the partnership to allow individual partners to successfully make the transition from partnership to another role within the firm or out of the firm to another role altogether. We gather information about your firm via group meetings, informal one-on-one consultations and development programmes.
    After consultation with the firm, we prepare programmes for each partner in which they review their career, take time for reflection and renew their aims and goals. Legalease Consulting will then facilitate the discussion between the partner and the partnership with a view to preparing a practical transition plan.
